David Hillson and Ruth Murray-Webster help people to understand their attitudes to risky situations and show them how to change the attitudes that do not support objectives.

David and Ruth have written two ground-breaking books specifically focussing on Risk Attitude, addressing both individuals and groups. Understanding and Managing Risk Attitude presents the theory of risk attitudes in a practical way, and uses applied emotional literacy to offer a framework for managing risk attitudes proactively. Managing Group Risk Attitude builds on this, and new research, to explore factors influencing group decision-making, giving support for a new model to ensure good decisions.
